Antivirus for the server, the Exchange environment and your workstations is a must have. Trend used to carry a SBS suite, but now has a product called the "Client/Server/Messaging Suite" that can be purchased in a 5, 10, 15, etc. user version. The Spam Filtering that it provides is based on "word filters" and does not use reverse look up technology.

The readme file that comes with the suite contains important information and must be read. There are some known issues, not very serious but it can be annoying.

I have seen this behavior only on slower servers. I did not find a solution for this on the Trend Micro site so I decided to create my own solution.
