Antivirus for the server, the Exchange environment and your workstations is a must have. Trend used to carry a SBS suite, but now has a product called the "Client/Server/Messaging Suite" that can be purchased in a 5, 10, 15, etc. user version. The Spam Filtering that it provides is based on "word filters" and does not use reverse look up technology.

Sometimes the server takes forever to boot and if it finally comes up with the desktop you will see that most of the Exchange services are not started. I have seen this behavior only on slower servers. I did not find a solution for this on the Trend Micro site so I decided to create my own solution.
