Mobile users need to have access to the folders that are stored on the server. Offline folders will take care of this issue and the 'My Documents' folder will be redirected to the server. This way will assure that mobile users can work on the files even if the laptop is not connected to the server. Once the laptop is back on your Lan it will synchronize all files.
