I sent an e-mail to the amazing duo expressing my frustration with the membership fees. Although I did not ask for or expect a response, Mariette was nice enough to respond and give me her point of view. She was able to reach an understanding with me on my view and accorded a three month trial membership; to evaluate how effective and usable the membership will be.
