I purchased the subscription because I understand this provides excellent value to me as an IT professional and to my organisation (which is a new business that is actually just me so far).

For my business, a platinum subscription represents less than 2 hours billable time to my clients - I have no doubt a single article could save me that time in being able to do the right thing, first time.

I have noted some negative comments, where people have gotten a little sour that the site admins no longer want to spend all their time and money providing a first class resource for free (this coming from people searching for answers, that could really use the help!!). I wonder how much time and money those people spend on their client's without charging them?...

In addition, the professional, experienced, yet personable assistance provided by Mariette & Marina is invaluable.
