How do I allow users to have static IP addresses when connecting over VPN??

when I connect from home I want to have a specific address like: 192.168.1.107

I need this to work for various purposes...

If you go into Network Connections you will see the VPN connection, you can set a static IP the same way you would a normal Network Connection.

Open the properties of the VPN connection then on the Networking tab you will see the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), select properties and then set the IP address to a static one of your choice.
