Grrr. This one is doing my head in...

I am using ISA Server 2004 and have blocked access to certain web sites. Instead of the users getting the standard error message contained in 502 htm, I have been trying to create a customized 502.htm with a more detailed error message. I have replaced the default 502.htm in the ErrorHtmls folder with my new one, but the default one is still displayed. I have tried restarting the WWW Publishing service, but to no avail.

How do do I get the customized 502.htm to show? Do I need to move it to another folder? How do I publish it? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Barry,

Have you checked the rule where you deny the access? There you can decide what it should show.
