I am having a difficult time trying to pinpoint a printer issue with a user account. I thought the problem was related to the print spooler on the users workstation which is running Windows XP Pro with SP2. The workstation has a computer account on the Small Business Server domain. Whenever the user logs into her workstation, it will map every printer listed in Active Directory. I review the user's login script and there is no printer mappings. If I login
in as a domain admin on her machine, I can print without error. I was able to duplicate her printing issue on other workstations. It appears whenever she
prints, it goes to the print spooler, status says printing, and the job processes normally. At the printer, nothing comes out. I checked the event log on the server and I noticed an Event ID 42 "printer Konica was successfully unpublished". I get the same message for all printers mapped when she is logged on her workstation. What can I do to correct this?

1. Why is every printer listed in active directly being mapped when she logs in? Other users only have a few printers mapped, not all of them.

2. There are only two scripts in the NETLOGON share on the SBS server, sbs_setup.bat and a user.bat I created to map folder shares.

Here is a list things I have done so far to troubleshoot the printer issues with the user:

1. Checked the GPO for workstations
2. Reviewed login scripts
3. Reviewed shared printers on the SBS server, all printers have checked to "List" in active directory
4. Checked the local security policy on the workstation
5. Verified the user was a local administrator on the workstation.
6. User is not a Domain Administrator.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
