I have just moved one of my clients from a hosted exchange solution to an inhouse solution and there seems to be a wired thing happening with some email on the system . On one account in particluar everytime he sends an external email to someone he immediately gets a bounce back with the following information
 

Subject: 1392ffd4d0572d4e84b8985851d94f18-286f

 

//SCKL040A AwFqAAADxgADBQHDEKArRJHEuYoVgCYekyDlyAEB
 
It seems to be  a different set of numbers everytime but its allway in this format..  The message seems to get through but this alays comes back.. Anyone seen this before.. Its bizarre

Have you checked the users configuration to see if it is setup correctly?

Yes it seems to be ok. Its is set up in the same way as the other users..

i have just checked this again and it seems to be on his actual account. I have set his profile up on another machine and it is doing the same thing. His account on the system is no different. I think I will remove and re create his account

Sounds like the best plan, export his email and recreate the account.

Thanks. He is using Window Mobile as well, so I will have wait until I see him to change his phone as well so that it can poiint to the new account
