Hi

I've got a client who had their sbs installed by someone else

At the moment any user can open any other users mail box via outlook 2003.

As the company has grown this has become a serious security, privacy and HR privacy issue

i have tried right clicking on the mail box in outlook and setting security rights but that doesn't make any difference.

I then went into server management on the server itself, went into users, right clicked on the user who's permissions i want to change, went to the 'exchange advanced' then clicked on 'mail box rights' button.

In here i can see that full access has been given to everyone.

The problem is these access right are being inherited and there is no tick box available to turn off inherit these permissions and i've no idea where they are being inherited from!

help please!

Thanks
PS its sbs 2003 (non R2) and outlook 2003.
