I have a client who works remotely on his laptop who wants to reorganise his files so that his partner can access them, currently their all under his My Docs and need to be moved to a share they can both access - all straightforward.

My question:
Is it better to have him open the VPN to the SBS and move the files or for me to move the data on the server and then get him to resync picking up the content that's now in the company share?
By netter I guess I mean, most reliable and with least impact on him.

TIA
Tony

I would do offline files but I would get him on Vista first as XP has troubles getting back "online" once you go offline but Vista the process is streamlined. Have him stay on the VPN on the road during night and let it sync up.
