as per the title, is it possible to restrict a user to so that they can only access Outlook web access and nothing else? Thanks, Tom

In the user account in 'Member of' tab - remove the RWW membership and make sure Oulook Web Access is enabled in Exchange Features for this user. Then use https://your server IP/exchange
