Hi all, here's todays quandry; the client has had a SBS + 5 or so workstations in place now for around 1 year, suddenly today the workstations are no longer able to access the internet, via IE6, but the server still can.

I noticed that my ISP's preferred DNS addresses had changed, and i re-ran the CEICW and re-inputted the new primary & secondary DNS addresses accordingly, but still no joy.

I can ping & run a tracert to an external website (www.bbc.co.uk) from the workstations, and they resolve the address correctly, and i have also run ipconfig /flushdns, but again without a result.

What am i missing?  Is it a DNS issue, or is this a red herring?

See below for an ipconfig /all from the server & workstation.

Thanks in advance.......

I tried to ping it, but it didnt respond (i guess it was initial mis-configuration), so I've now changed that to 192.168.16.1, but it has made no difference.

Any further thoughts??

EDIT:  I think this may be spyware, as i can log onto google & google stuff, but no other sites will load.  I'll run a spyware scan & see what comes up.....

EDIT: If the workstaion is plugged directly into the router, and is set a static ip, it can browse the net ok.  Any furhter thoughts people????  Help........
