Hi Guys,

Have a customer who has brought their server to us.

It is in a bit of a sad state, needs more ram and disk space etc.

It has SP2 installed, but BPA shows that SP1 was not installed.

What is the procedure here,

uninstall sp2, then install sp1, then reinstall sp2?

Not had to do this before, so need confirmation.

Cheers.

Marina Roos Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
