Episode 5 represents a sea change in SBS Show, and is the first of the shorter format SBS Show.

Instead of a single episode a week, SBS Show will be expanding to 2 shows a week.

Odd-numbered shows will recorded mid-week in the new, shorter format of 20~25 minutes. The shorter time segments mean certain issues from the week will be highlighted and briefly discussed.

Even-numbered shows will be recorded on weekends in the orginal format of 50~60 minutes and will include guests. The longer time segments will allow for more in-depth discussion of the topic(s) at hand.

With those changes in mind, this weekend will feature the SBS PSS crew you all know from the Inside SBS Show and this is the invitation to call in and ask them a question. (407) 965-2945, leave your name and your question and Vlad will try to edit it in the show! We're mainly discussing the PSS process - how do they troubleshoot, how do they resolve problems. So if you want to know how the top of the SBS support world finds answers this would be a great time to call in and ask.

And remember folks...all of this is still coming to you for the same low price...free!
