Hi,

I have found a nice tool (SYDI-Server v1.4) to make your life easier. You can create a base line documentation of your servers in a few minutes. It creates a Word document in seconds. Interested? http://sydi.sourceforge.net/download.php. After you unzip the file run sydi-server.vbs

Regards from Germany Frank

Known issues

  1. The script will report wrong number of CPU's on a hyper-threading system.
  2. When targeting Windows Server 2003 servers the Windows Installer applications might be missing. This is because the WMI provider for Windows Installer isn't installed by default. You can add this with Add/Remove Windows component
