As it is the beginning of a new year for the Microsoft Usability Research team, we are inviting select customers to participate in a user research study.  We are looking to learn from companies who perform IT services for their own customers, such as backing up data, managing/installing patches, and keeping AV software up-to-date.  We would like to come to your office to talk with someone who performs IT service for clients and learn from them!

It is important for you to know that you do not need to do anything to prepare for this.  We want to learn from you, the experts, so that we can determine what needs to be improved in our software.  This also gives you the chance to tell us what your needs and wants are, and meet with some members of our product development team.

We highly value your feedback and will be offering you free Microsoft software in appreciation of your time and participation.

If this is something that you or others at your company would be interested in, please let us know.  We are scheduling site visits for January and February.

Thank you,

Usability Research Team

Hi Jennifer,

That is great. But am I right in thinking you won't be flying over to Europe or Australia for this?

Marina Roos Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how? At this time, there are no plans to conduct site visits outside of North America.  We would gladly accept any names for those who wish to be contacted in the future for potential visits and surveys!
