After reinstall SBS Standard 2003 I got the following error:  The filter dsrestor can not connect to the local sam server. I found this tread on smallbizserver.net and did the following:
 
Reinstalled SBS 2003. Followed the update steps 1 to 5 as described for updating to servicepack 1
still problem remains
 
I have reset the password using ntdsutil .. no solution
any ideas?

No everithing seems to work, exept i get this error.

How often do you get that error. If you only get it once when you boot up, and everything on your system seems to work, then you can just ignore that error.
