I have what may be a different need than what I've seen posted elsewhere on this forum re:NDRs'.
I have a sales team. They send emails to prospects with whom they've spoken, but they don't always pay attention to the NDR if they get the email wrong.
We're trying to set it up so that the NDR message that comes in the salesperson's inbox will also get forwarded to their manager, so she can remind them to get it corrected.
This would seem ideal for Rules, but Rules don't seem to apply to NDR messages (news to me, but I tried it a dozen ways...).
So how can I take an NDR from an outbound email (e.g. my rep emailed to abc@sbcglobal.com, but it really should be abc@sbcglobal.net) that we originated, and send a copy to my sales manager. I don't want to do this for everyone in the company.
I tried the Send Copy of Non-Delivery Report under our SMTP connector, but that didn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
