Hi there,

Recently on several servers at different customers I got the error message (within Critical Alerts) in the daily report: POP3Svc-service is Stopped.

Weird thing: this service is set to manually and does not run at all.

Can somebody explain what this mean / how the systems can come up with this unwanted message. Can skip this check easily but that is not the thing.

Google just give me two results with no information at all.

Thanx on beforehand.
Jacques.

If your not using pop3 at all I would change it to stopped instead of manually...
