I have a SBS 2003 Premium SP1 box running ISA 2000.  Since last Wednesday, my users all of a sudden cannot login to sites using https, and the browsing speed of internet connections is very slow.  I've tried rebooting the server, flushing the web proxy cache.  When I browse from the SBS box, I have no issues using https sites and the browsing speeds is very fast.  Connecting a laptop directly to the T1 router also works properly. The SBS box has been working correctly for 3 years.

The ipconfig /all for the SBS box is:

I realize this topic has been discussed before but the postings are more than 2 years old.  Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

While I have been support the box for 3 years now, I still have huge knowledge gaps in  SBS/Server 2003/Domain so the more detailed the answer the better.

Best Regards,
Bob

A further update, when I attempt downloads the download also does not complete.  I am using Firefox 3.0.1.  I have other users experiencing the same issues using IE 6 and IE 7.  The downloads just freeze, they do not result in a time out.

Thanks,
Bob

After attempting may different suggestions found else where on the internet, I am finally up and running. I attempted to update the drivers for the two NIC's, but I have the latest drivers. I played around with ISA, but to no avail. I ran through CIEW and was able to get it running. I did not change any settings, but it began to work. I had to update the LAN Settings of each client PC browser to now use the proxy server.

Of course these changes have now made my Blackberry Enterprise Server stop working. I have effectively run through the Blackberry setup again, but not luck. When I test the Blackberry connection my ISA Server 2000 Monitoring Alerts show IP Packet Dropped, IP Packet was dropped according to specified policy.

Since no one is responding to this posting, I will create another post asking how to determine exactly what part of the policy is rejecting the connection, and hopefully find out if I have blocked a port or not.
