hi, i read the article "configure the FTP server in IIS" and the issue is that i cannot log into the FTP site. we have SBS 2003 SP2, users are on the domain.

within the FTP site properties, i have selected "allow anonymous connections", de-selected "allow only anonymous connections". as for the username and password, i have not specified any user from our domain group as such. I just specified "test" and "test".

within Internet Explorer, i try to ftp my FTP site. it prompts for the username/password in which i enter "test" and "test" respectively. but nothing happens. it just prompts me to enter the username/password again.

Use a real FTP client like Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional 2007.

Mariëtte Knap Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
