Hi Guys

Need to upgrade MSDE to SQL Express 2005 on an SBS2003 R2.

What kind of problems will I encounter?

I'd recommend running the SQL Server Upgrade Advisor to have an idea on what will be the problems you will encounter. If you have a specific LOB applications using MSDE, check with their documentation on the proper upgrade procedures.
