Hi,

We have two customer with near identical installations, running SBS 2003 Premium, who two weeks ago stopped being able to receive emails through the blackberry internet service (BIS).

The settings in the BIS accounts are correct and validate.  BIS sends the blackberry a welcome email but further messages are not received.  On the servers I've run the CEICW twice, first turning off Mobile Email Access and then back on.

If anyone else has had similar problems and discovered a solution please let me know.

Thanks,
Joe

Why do you have ISA 2000????

Mariëtte Knap Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
