In sharepoint received faxes after setting up alerts for all changes we get the alerts when someone has added, deleted, etc.
However, the alerts for faxes that have been deleted show the user that deleted the fax as "unknown" or "STS worker"
 
So, the question is: How can we get this to actually show who really deleted the fax?
We have this situation on our own server as well as several clients.
 
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
