I can't seem to make our SBS SharePoint site work correctly. First, the option to save an updatable copy is always grayed out in Office 2003 app Shared Workspace panes. I tried adding companyweb to my trusted sites, checking out the file in question - nothing. Furthermore, I can never see the status of other people, whether in the shared workspace pane or on the website itself. I enabled the smart username option in the central virtual server administration settings, but nothing :( What the hell is wrong?
