Hello everyone! I am looking to install SQL 2000 on our SBS 2003 Premium box. My question is this: If I want to convert the sharepoint database to SQL then do I JUST follow the directions from the "Completeing Setup for Microsoft Windows SBS Premium Technologies" documentation? There are directions to install SQL 2000, and then there are directions to "Upgrade the instance of MSDE used for Windows Sharepoint Services" I would just like to clear this up before I dig in to the whole thing. I want all the functionality of SQL 2000 on our server, and I ALSO want to convert our Sharepoint Database to SQL so we can have full-text search capability as well as an easier way to restore files from backup. Any advice would be great! Thanks! Smallbizserver.net rocks...
