I was going to install SQL2000 and ISA on SBS2003premium this week - but now I've got hold of SQL2005..
Would it be worthwhile to install SQL2005 iso 2000..?
Or is it still best to install 2000 - since it's integrated with the whole SBS2003premium package..?
..and will it be straightforward to upgrade to 2005 later..?
..hhmmm..

I would stay with SQL 2000 if you have no urgent reason to upgrade. It is not always a wise decision to install the latest and greatest versions of software. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
