Hi,
 
I'm running a SBS 2003 Premium fully patched.
I have a weird issue where my MSDE SBSMONITORING instance overlaps my SQL SHAREPOINT instance.
Services are started but in SQL EM, when I open my SHAREPOINT instance, actually I see SBSMONITORING info.
 
I have to stop both services and start first SHAREPOINT then SBSMONITORING and then in EM do a new SQL Server Registration to access SHAREPOINT instance again.
 
Any idea ?

Can you delete the registration in SQL Manager and recreate them?
