I installed SQL on a new installation for which I had not yet installed a password for Administrator. I am getting ready to install the server into the network and activated a password for the Administrator account. Now SQL will not start. Do I need to uninstall SQL or is there a way to add the password for windows? The account name and password seem to be grayed out. Thank you for your help. Ed

Problem Solved Looked under Services and used logon tab to change password Thanks, Ed
