I'm getting bucket loads of these messages:
 
The crawl on project has started.
 
then
 
The end of the incremental crawl for project has been detected. The Gatherer successfully processed 1 documents totaling 0K. It failed to filter 0 documents. 1 documents were modified. 0 URLs could not be reached or were denied access.
 
My server does this over and over again.
What is it? Should I be concerned?

What service packs are installed?

SQL is currently SP4.
 
SBS is SP1 as is Server 2k3.
 
Exchange is SP2

This is the microsft search service indexing any new documents added to databases such as sql (or crm) i.e. this is for when you can search by text or keyword etc.
 
In sql this is set by enabling full text indexing for the table.
 
In MS CRM it is teh documentindex table whihc is set. The index is updated every 15mins bu sql agent. Goto to sql server agent jobs to fins teh offending search job and modify to suit
