whoops!!  subnet of NIC going to Router is
 
255.255.255.0 not 255.255.255.1

Please post the complete output of ipconfig/all from the server and a client.

That ipconfig is looking good, although you can delete the WINS on the external nic. Can you give me the ipconfig/all from a remote client when vpn-ed in?
