Ok here is my situation:
I have an SBS 2003 server | Firewall | Web server "Windows 2003 server" and we have our company's website hosted locally on the web server. I can browse to the website from any computer outside the network "Home for example" but i am unable to browse to the website from any computer in the office from within the network.
Can anyone please give my some ideas on what i need to do so i can see the website from within the network!!!
Please let me know if any more info is needed...

Thanks very much!

what is your internal domain name ?

do you have the correct records in the local dns server in order to resolve the web site?

is the website running in iis - on port 80 -with the correct header infomation?

can you ping the fqdn of the website?

This is likely to be a DNS issue - did you get it solved Mermo?

A host file will work but a better solution would be a Host A record on your local DNS server that points traffic for that website

Mariëtte Knap Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
