I am able to join the Workstations to the SBS server, from the workstations I am able to see all other connected workstations, including the SBS server. My delema, is from the SBS server I am not able to view or connect to any of the workstations. Example:  start/Run,   \\sales, gives me a can not find network path for \\sales. Yet from any of the workstations I am able to go to Start/run,  \\SBS2003 and connect to shared Filesand folders. What would cause this issue. Please help, Thank You!

The first question that arises why you want to access data on clients from the server. Your data must be on the server stored and nowhere else. The reason for what you see is the Windows XP firewall probably blocking it or other in GPO's.
