i've set up our xp sp2 laptops to have mapped network drives with shared folders on our sbs 2003.  some of these mapped drives have offline files enabled.  when i go to my computer - tools - synchronize i see there is a column for last updated.  i thought that indicated when the last sych was performed but now i'm not sure because on my bosses laptop the dates are not consistant with when he last did either a logon/logoff when he was attached to the server and able to do a synch.  if a fast sync is performed (i.e. the  synchronization setting do not have check marks in the boxes by when i log on/off my computer) does that mean the last updated column will reflect the last time a full synch was done and that's why the date isn't associated with his last logon?

also how can i remove logon/logoff items to be synchronized?   every time i uncheck an item, when i open the synch manager it is checked again.  some of the items that its trying to synch don't exist and i'd like to clean up this list.  do i need to disconnect my mapped drives, delete all the offline files, map the drives and then enable offline files to clean up this list?

thanks for your help
