I have a client that I cannot view the Public Folders from Outlook.
 
I chosen to view all the folders, but the public folders are not visiable. I can go to tools and search for public folders which then seems to open another instance of outlook with the public folders visiable.
 
Has anyone else exprienced this or has anyone a possible way to resolve this problem.
