hi, I have two printers setup on my SBS 2003 server and they are shared in AD but when I log on to any workstation using various accounts I cannot see these two printers. All users have Connect Client Printers at Logon option enabled. How do I setup the server/workstations/users to only have the two printers listed and to update in case a new printer is added/removed?
Also there are other printers listed on some workstations (MS Image Printer and MS XPS Printer) - is there an easy way to remove these from all workstations?
