Hello,

Not sure if this belongs here or under the SBS2003 forum.

I have recently started adding x64 XP Pro clients to the SBS2003 SP2 network and have the following problems:

1) fax client is looking for a .dll file in AMD64 folder, but can not find it.
2) SBS VPN Client connect says the profile does not match the architecture.
3) Unable to RWW to the x64 clients.

Anyone know the fix for these issues?

I did not find any of these when searching for x64 issues.

Hi Joe,

Did you add the machines with connectcomputer? Are there any errors in their eventlogs? There should be no problem RWW-ing to XP Pro X64.

Hello Marina,

I connected the clients with the server web link for computerconnect.

There were two errors reported to the user interface as mention above.  For the event log are you asked about the client event log or the server event log?

I have not check the event log.  I can check the server event log remotly, but will need to be on-site to check the client event log.

I have not found any relavant errors in the event logs even though the connect computer install generated 2 erros to the display.

However, I was able to resolve a couple of the issues:

1) by installing the fax service from the client install media.
3) found that the remote desktop was not checked in the windows firewall exception list.

Just need to figure out how to fix issue 2)
