I Dont know if this has been posted before or you all already know but a couple of customers contracted a virus from an email which is a nightmare to get rid of called Anti Virus XP 2008, it is going around in an email entitled Site fees 2008-2009 or in an email entitled you have a greetings card

If you are using AV, it should be catching that. It is really no use posting warnings of all the new virus threats, as there are plenty of viruses coming out almost every day.

Has been around since early March. It has some cousins that were around most of last year. It may even be older than that. If it slipped by your AV, then you can use MalwareBytes to defeat it.

We had Symantec installed and agree that it didn't detect it for some reason.

Just moved to Sophos and it detects it and quarantines it. I would re-evaluate the AV product you use.
