Well it's now been just over a week since Marina took control of me (well of my clients server really) and changed my world!!! All I can say is if you've got any doubts what so ever about asking the mightly M&Ms for any help then don't. I can catagorically state that Marina pulled some magic out of the IT hat and performed what I could only describe as some minor miracles.

 

Not only did she resurrect a seeming dumb Exchange install but she helped clean up just about everything else that was wrong with the server. We spent a great 4 hours going through every small detail on the server and I've learnt more in that 4 hours running through the server than I did on my last 4 week long courses!!

 

The M&Ms are a fabulous resource that should not be treated lightly, they know their stuff and deserve all the plaudits they receive from this site, their customers and the people they look after via this forum.

 

Marina has given me that extra boost I needed and has shown me to what level I need to try aiming for in order to give my clients a great level of support. Even if I manage to get to half the level she's at I'd be happy.
