Sometimes you get so close to a problem that you can't see the forest for the trees, or vice versa. I had been trying for over a week to get OWA working and every time I thought I had it I would just start getting new errors. I signed up this morning for remote support, paid using pay pal and in less than twenty minutes Eriq was browsing the server. In less than an hour everything was working wonderfully and he had checked the entire server to check for any other potential problems. He even had some extra time to answer some questions and make some recommendations.

Smallbizserver is a valuable resource for the great forums and professional advice but if you really have your butt in a sling I recommend signing up for the remote support.
