 this was how i was feeling with problems with email on a clients SBS 2003.
After many hours of "thinking" I was nearly there, I was almost tempted to spend the weekend reinstalling the whole thing and starting from scratch, as at least it worked then.
But no I decided to request "Remote Support"
Contact was made within minutes of my payment and Eriq was working on my server within two hours.
Eriq quickly identified the problem and worked on resolving it and at all times kept me informed by MSN if he was about to make any changes to the system or services to ensure you were happy with what was going on.
It was a "joy" to watch someone with so much knowledge of SBS investigating the problem which had already cost me about 10 hours.
The problem was sorted inside one hour, I only wish i had called them in earlier.
Now that I am aware of the service that theses guys offer, then I will be more proactive in selling SBS server to clients, knowing that if it goes wrong and I cant fix it then I know the man (or Ladies!!!) who can.
