I was unfortunate to have a situation with a clients SBS that left them without email for a couple of days. We tried our local remote support experts, but to be honest they didnt do much more than we had already tried. Thats when I contacted smallbizserver.net.

Although they were extremely busy, Eriq soon arranged to have a look at the problem. With the minimum of fuss Eriq was on the server, explaining what he was looking at and identified the problem. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem and told me what we needed to do to sort it out. From then on in it was a pleasure to watch and learn as the system was repaired and patched to prevent further problems.

Eriq and I used MSN to communicate and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening in a very personable, very friendly manner.

I can honestly say that these guys level of expert SBS knowledge is staggering. I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend that any one with a SBS issue calls Smallbizserver.net and don't waste time on others.

This is what support should be like.
