We are typical of many small businesses. We have a small amount of knowledge and rely on IT Companies to do the rest. we had a local company in to install SBS server with exchange which seemed to be working although slow at times and lots of niggly problems with us having to call the IT Company out several times a month. Then we asked about installing Microsoft CRM v3 which the IT Company we were using totally ignored and said it was impossible !!! Ok our business totally relies on IT and everything on the server so I thought Why Not let us try the remote support and let them have a look at the server.
Well the story from there is WOW!! Marina logged in after a very simple payment process, the server was in a terrible mess from the previous IT Company and she spent several Hours making sure every area was correct, totally thorough, and doing things she didnt have to do but did out of what i would call total profesionalism. Since that date I have had a few sessions on remote and the server is now running a dream and we are just about to install CRM V3 with her assistance.
I am so impressed I have sacked my IT company and will rely on these guys to do my remote support. To be honest I have had lots of experiences of all different types of IT People and " it doesn't get better than this" The knowledge of SBS by these people is second to none.
Brilliant and as for recommendation I have no hesitation whatsoever in fact if you don't your mad!!
