I recently posted a plea for help in the Exchange 2003 forum. It was related to an issue many others had before related to not being able to "send as" another user in an e-mail. I had tried everything and had been through forum after forum looking for ways to help myself fix the issue. I had tried over and over to set it up using the article referred to on this site and could not get it to work. So I posted a question in the forum. After waiting a couple of days and not getting any help I sent a private message to Marina and Mariette. Within an hour I had a reply from Mariette and shortly after that reply she had it fixed and working properly. She explained to me that she and Marina had been real busy and had not had a chance to reply to my post but despite being busy she dropped what she was doing and worked on my problem until she had it fixed. She really knows her stuff! I can't say enough good things about what the SBS community gets from this site!
