Unbelievable value for such great support. I'm a total newb on servers and in no way an IT professional but the patience and willingness to help sort out problems and actually get them resolved is second to none. Even with an 7 hour time difference and on a Sunday, Marina helped our startup company safely move to our first server setup without any impact on our customers or staff. Simply Excellent service and value for money.
