I just wanted to post a delayed but very positive testimonial about the Smallbizserver Remote Support I received (on two separate occasions), recently.  Both times I was contacted directly by Eriq Neale and within minutes, he was logged onto my Server and getting the problem(s) resolved.

As a consultant new to implementing SBS for my small business clients, I found myself with production SBS environments that I had to support.  And as I have discovered when your client's business is COMPLETELY DEPENDENT on the SBS Server, life can become EXTREMELY stressful and filled with comments from your client like, "I just spent all this money on the Server and its not working!  Get it fixed now!".  When there is only one Server running the whole show (Network, Exchange, SQL, Print Services, ISA, etc), your client needs you to be able to solve problems IMMEDIATELY.

Eriq Neale made it possible for me to solve my problems IMMEDIATELY.  His knowledge of all things SBS and his keen ability to ask the right questions to get to the solution quickly saved my butt.  Also, just as a note from a SBS Newbie, Eriq Neale's SBS book has been invaluable to me; and since I have taken the time to actually read and study it (I was laid-up in bed with a fractured wrist and hand the past two months), I actually feel like I am beginning to understand how to tame the beast that is SBS.

Thanks Eriq!

Sincerely,
