No buyers remorse here! Mr Neale was patient instructive and effective - I cant help but think about those occasions I have to resort to Tech support and encountered arrogance on the part of the support personnel. Mr. Neale puts you at ease and allows you to follow, explaining every step he takes, and he literally wrote the book. I have one regret, it is that I can't find dentist of similar caliber, I might look forward to going... Thank You SmallBizServer.net! Simon
