Well it has been a year since I last used the Magical M&M's remote support to get our first server up and running.
 
Now we have two sites and three servers and just had the great pleasure of having Eriq check over everything and tweak a few errors made by a "Professional IT Company" whom obviously did not know SBS as well as they thought coz they broke my wizards!
 
13 hour time difference but Eriq was a great support.
 
I can't rate this service highly enough on top of the patience, encouragement and support for people like me (I have no IT qualifications).

SBS 2003 R2 Premium (no ISA), SQL + all SP's
