I have been experiencing VPN connection problems from a remote location.  Sometimes the user connects quickly and easily, sometimes he cannot connect for a day or two.  I finally ran a trace route from the SBS to the remote location, and I found that there seems to be time outs on Comcast's end.  I've attached the trace route, which seems to be fairly consistent.  Could this be the cause of my problem, and what can I do to fix it?

Thanks,
Chris

I don't think it's your problem. Some routers dont reply to ping (a trace is just a series of pings with adjusted TTL's) and the couple of other failures could be lowered QOS for ICMP.

Not familiar with the networks in question though.
