At a customer that uses RWW to connect to a TS 2003 R2 for their external consultants we are seeing a very strange issue. One of the clients connecting with Win XP, can work fine and sees her local drives in explorer on the TS as HD redirection is enabled through GPO for them to transfer local scans to the fileserver. At random (about 1x/week) the drives just disappear in explorer. After that, when we connect through RWW from any other client using her account, we can see the same issue. The workarround is to have her log off from RWW, connect to the SBS via RWW, then access the TS via RDP and after that everything works again. Please advise.
